I’m in the process of testing a few recipes using mostly freeze dried or dehydrated ingredients that don’t taste like it. The goal is to have a quick dinner in our packs that we’ll actually look forward to after a day on the trail at a price comparable to name brand meals.
One big consideration is making these recipes allergy- and picky eater-friendly. So if you have any allergies, intolerances, or just flat out don’t like a certain food, let me know! I’d love the challenge.
